Band Heaters

THERMOZONES  band heater used to heat cylindrical surfaces and a wide variety of configuration is available.Material can be constructed to different application. They are excellent to operate in all environments. Main industrial applicaion are plastics, electronics, chemical, marine and offshore.

Cartridge Heaters  

THERMOZONES Cartridge heater typically application used for the heating of metal platens, jig & die, molds and metal containers. Diameter of ⅛” up to 1”(or from 6.5mm to 25mm) and length vary to application.


Tubular Heaters

THERMOZONES tubular heater’s basic construction consists of a computer-designed helical coil of 80% Nickel 20% Chromium alloy resistance wire fusion welded to the nickel-coated steel terminal cold pins. Can be formed into virtually shaped, brazed or welded to any metal surface. Available in several diameters, lengths and sheath materials. The heater can be made from different sheath materials like Incoloy, Stainless Steel, Copper and Low carbon steel. Maximum temperature up to 800°C depending on the sheath material used.

Electric Immersion Heater

THERMOZONES  elecric immersion heaters are used for the corrosive chemical heating in industrial applications. Various configurations are available, such as open tank, screw plug and flange type. The sheath materials can be constructed from a wide variety to ensure long life regardless of the chemistry. Materials include: fluoropolymer, quartz, titanium, 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and plain steel. Sizes from as small as 100 watts for laboratory environments up to 54,000 watts (flange heater up to 270,000 watts) for industrial applications are available

Ceramic Fiber Heaters

THERMOZONES Ceramic Fiber heaters are comprised of high quality helically wound Fe-Cr-Al alloy resistance wire elements embedded in a rigid body of vacuum-formed high temperature refractory fiber.These heaters produce fast, efficient, and reliable uniform heat to temperatures of 1100°C (2012°F). Higher temperature ratings, up to 1300°C (2372°F), are available with custom design. The construction of such heaters usually either in the form of rectangular or semi-cylindrical shapes.


Custom Design Heater

THERMOZONES  full range heaters can be designed as according to customer requirement either in heating elements or heating equipment system, such as heating tank, oven, circulation heating and etc. The operating voltage range from 110Vac to 415Vac, either in 1-phase or 3-phase. The application can be designed for air, liquid or mold platen heating. Heating will be incorporated with PID temperature control.

Special heat/cool heating, Thermoelectric Cooling Modules(TEC) or Peltier Device are solid state cooling systems, that operate at direct current voltage and produce heat on one side and cold on the other.

Infrared Radiation Heater

THERMOZONES Infrared radiant heat energy can be delivered to concentrated areas at a very fast rate with individual heaters or arrays. They normally used in industrial manufacturing processes including curing of coatings, shrink tunnels, heating of plastic prior to forming, plastic welding, processing glass, and cooking and browning food. Basically, there are three type of infrared heaters:

Cast-In Heaters

THERMOZONES Cast-In Heater Constructed from the combination of tubular heating elements and high thermal conductivity non-ferrous alloys. The non-ferrous alloys usually are the aluminum and bronze.

Application mainly used in barrel heating with air or liquid cooled built-in for extruders. Platens for presses, packaging and foodservice industries. Pedestals and bake platens for semiconductor processing.

Self-limiting/Constant Watt Heat Trace Cable Heater

THERMOZONES Self-Limiting Heater is in physical contact along the length of a pipe, and thermal insulation cover the pipe to retain heat losses. Application in protecting pipes from freezing, to maintain a constant flow temperature in hot water systems, or to maintain process temperatures for piping that must transport substances that solidify at ambient temperatures. Heaters are safe, easy to install, cut to Length at the job site and appliable to both in ordinary and hazardous environments. Temperatures up to 204°C (400°F).

Duct Heaters

THERMOZONES provides custom heating products for both industrial and commercial HVAC markets. Our product applications include water source heat pumps, light and heavy commercial rooftop units, VAV equipment, and air handling units of all sizes. Like the strip heating elements manufactured by the Heating Element Division, commercial heat packages are engineered and tested for specific equipment or for particular applications.

Duct heaters are ideal solutions for a variety of applications, including space heating, primary heating, secondary heating auxiliary heating, reheating, or multizone and variable air volume heating. Uses proprietary software packages to specify coils and wiring configurations, sheet metal, element support racks, controls, options and accessories. Our software allows immediate design changes when our customers request them. All duct heaters are UL-approved (per UL Standard 1996) and CSA listed)
